Omnichannel storytelling

One story, every channel.

People meet a brand at many different points: a reel, a commercial on a smart TV, an article, an AI assistant’s answer, an online store. If each of these tells a different story, the brand loses its shape. Our work starts from the opposite: a single narrative idea, built to hold up at any length and on any screen.

The method

  1. Listening and analysis

We start from the brand, its audience and how the web describes it today. We look at what works, what is missing and where the competitors stand.

  2. Narrative concept

We write the idea that holds everything together: the tone, the characters, the places, the brand’s own words. Every piece of content that follows refers back to it.

  3. Format architecture

We decide which formats are needed and on which channels: from the five-second bumper to the twenty-five-minute episode, from the social post to the website.

  4. Production

We shoot everything the different channels need in a single production, with the same directing, camera and post-production team. It costs less, and the story stays consistent.

  5. Distribution and amplification

We plan the release across CTV, streaming platforms, social and traditional media, supported by press and PR activity.

  6. Monitoring and measurement

We track how the brand is perceived and described over time, and adjust the story where needed.

Every piece of content is a chapter of the same story.

Thirty years in corporate communication, creative work, PR and media relations have taught us that consistency is worth more than any single successful piece.
